About Nancy D Jewelry:
I offer quality hand made jewelry, specializing in nickel free earrings for those of you who can't wear department store earrings because they cause you irritation. The primary culprit is allergy to nickel, a common component in fashion earring wires. If you suffer from nickel allergy you've come to the right place.
In addition to nickel free earrings, I also create necklaces and bracelets made with quality components, including sterling silver, natural gemstones, copper, pewter, recycled glass, freshwater pearls, hill tribal silver, shell, and recycled and vintage pieces.
About the artist:
A native of Ontario Canada, Nancy, her husband and dogs live in the Pacific Northwest. She draws her artistic inspiration from her breathtaking natural surroundings - especially the PNW beaches. She earned a BA from the University of Washington and is a member of the Peninsula Art League, Gig Harbor, WA. She is a freelance writer and an avid gardener, and author of the "Local Roots" column for the Puyallup Herald newspaper, and is also a member of the Northwest Perennial Alliance.
